A guide to help you navigate our Whatsapp System

  • If you are struggling on the Whatsapp System, ask your question and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
  • We can even guide you through it if you want.
  • A question can be asked at anytime no matter how far you are through the process. Just remember it requires someone on our end to answer it and the answer may not be instantaneous.
  • It is important that after you have filled in your WhatsForm to remember to send it.
  • We also updating our system regularly to make it more user friendly, so don’t worry if the replies don’t look exactly like the guide.

Where to Start

REGISTERING

  • If you would like to register type M1 and send it
    • Register if you are launching the boat for the first time with us
  • Type:
    • R1 for Motor Vessel
    • R2 for Sailing Vessel
    • R3 for Kayak
  • Click/ Tap on the Whatsform link and it will open an internet browser form.
  • This form will open in your browser
  • Complete all the information
  • Below are examples of how the form is filled in
  • After completing your form
  • Click/ Tap on Submit on WhatsApp
  • WhatsForm will draft your response.
  • Send the message
  • Then you will receive this message:
  • You are registered.
  • Type and send * to bring up menu again

BRINGING UP MENU AGAIN

  • Type and send a *
  • It will bring up the menu

SIGNING OUT

Going out to sea.

  • Type and send M2
  • Click/ Tap on the WhatsForm link
  • Fill in the form
  • Then click/tap on Submit on Whatsapp
  • Send the form
  • Don’t forget to sign back in when you return.

SIGN IN

When you come back and you are safe on land

  • Type M3 and send.
  • Thus we know you safely home.

EARLY BIRD BOOKING

This is for those who wish to launch early in morning before 8AM. Requests should be made before 8PM the prior day.

  • Type M4 and send
  • Click/ Tap on WhatsForm link
  • Fill in form
  • Click/ Tap on Submit on Whatsapp
  • Then send message that WhatsForm has drafted
